Guatemalan businesses held meetings with key Mexican buyers
Guatemalan producers of dehydrated tomatoes, tomato paste, melamine, raw materials to produce fragrances, healthcare, beauty and home products, rubber boots, textiles, paper, napkins and other products participated on a trade mission in Mexico on October 22-25th, 2019.
This multi-industry trade mission was organized by AGEXPORT, jointly with the Guatemalan Economy Ministry and the financial support from the European Union’s AL-Invest 5.0 project.
We organized a delegation of eight Guatemalan companies, who held business meetings with important Mexican buyers with strong interest in their products. The delegation also met with public and private institutions in Mexico related with trade operations, said Mrs. Andrea Pontaza, coordinator of Central America, Dominican Republic and Mexico at AGEXPORT.
The Guatemalan companies that travelled to Mexico as part of this delegation were Alianza Mayorista, Peltrum, Best Melamine, Redasa, APAESA, Shalom, Mercados Internacionales and Grupo Genesis.
