AGEXPORT established a strategic alliance with different economic sectors to develop a plan to support Guatemalans that lost their jobs recently and have the English-speaking skills to work at the call center industry, which continues to grow in Guatemala and offers employment opportunities.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there have been a lot of highly-qualified people left without a job, which is why we created the “AGEXPORT for AGEXPORT” project, where we offer employment opportunities at the Contact Center & BPO industry for former workers of other industries.
Our companies continue to create home-based jobs and now is the time to strengthen alliances with other sectors to support people that were left without the income to overcome the current pandemic; said Mrs. Ninohska Linde, manager of AGEXPORT’s Contact Center & BPO sector.
