Guatemala exports to Central America, North America, and Europe
According to the Bank of Guatemala -BANGUAT-, Central America was the region with the highest export value, accumulating US$878 million, this until February 2023. The second region was North America with US$852 million and the third region was Europe with US $264 million.
At the same time, Central America and North America were the regions with the highest net growth, compared to 2022, with US$14 million and US$61 million. It is worth mentioning that, in the case of Central America, the increase in the exported value was due to the following products: iron, steel, kerosene, paper and cardboard manufactures.
