Experience the largest virtual business meeting in Central America

AGEXPORT’s Business Intelligence Unit organized a virtual business meeting event as part of the tools it offers to its members to generate more business opportunities.

This virtual business meeting sessions seek to put in display Guatemala’s products to more than 100 potential international buyers at some of the countries prioritized by AGEXPORT in 2019; said. Mrs. Andrea Pontaza, coordinator of the Central American, Dominican and Mexican markets at AGEXPORT.

This first event of virtual business meetings will take place on November 5-6th, 2019 at AGEXPORT’s headquarters and is open for exporting firms with interest in building relationships with potential buyers in the United States, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, the Dominican Republic, Chile, Europe, Canada and Mexico.

The methodology to be implemented at this event will include the creation of tailormade agendas developed specifically for each participant, matching the interest of international buyers with the products offered by the Guatemalan companies; remarked Mrs. Pontaza.

How to participate?

The company needs to already have agriculture or manufactured products ready to be exported and with the admissibility guaranteed at the country of destination.

For more information on participating costs, products and potential buyers, please contact Mrs. Andrea Pontaza at andrea.pontaza@agexport.org.gt

It is important to mention that at our two main events of the year (AGRITRADE and MANUFEXPORT) we organized small virtual meetings where we were able to link 77 international buyers with 50 companies in Guatemala. With this, we proved that virtual business meetings are a powerful tool nowadays to ease international businesses for our exporting firms; said Mrs. Pontaza.
