AGEXPORT organized a special event on July 28, 2018, focused on young Guatemalans. Topics covered at the event included entrepreneurship and creation of export-related ventures.
This was the first event organized by AGEXPORT for entrepreneurs. It focused on closing distance with young businessmen and identify business projects that could successfully be part of AGEXPORT’s recently created “Export Pathway”. This event was also supported by “Young AGEXPORT”, a group of young business leaders that inspired the creation of this event. More than 175 entrepreneurs attended the event, seeking to expand their knowledge on exports and explore trade opportunities, said Mr. Hector Marroquin, AGEXPORT’s Export Pathway manager.
Participants were able to meet members of “Young AGEXPORT” and interact with other organizations involved in entrepreneurship-related activities. Topics of the event included:
